What I do:

Consulting

I help small business owners integrate social media into their marketing activities. Starting with planning, and continuing with implementation and on-going support, I help you pick the right platforms and stick with activities that work for the business.

Training

I give individual and group workshops on how to translate social media strategies into effective actionable day-to-day activities. Creating measurable benchmarks and setting the right expectations makes progress easy to track and replicate.

Writing

I write about concrete strategies and tactics that help small businesses leverage free social media  tools that move their business forward. Most of those can be found in the blog section of this site. You are welcomed to use them, cite them, implement them!

Use social media to grow your small business!

For the first time in history, social media has broken down the barrier between small and larger sized businesses. Now armed with the full suite of social media tools, small business owners like you and me have access to a vast market without the need for the gigantic advertising budget previously available to only industry giants.

The only problem is, with more new bells and whistles, networks and strategies and possibilities coming out of your ears every day to keep up with, who has time to run the actual business?

In reality, managing your “social media” presence is just like managing your every other business activity, it’s all about understanding the purpose of those tools, pick the ones that make sense for your business, and set up a system that repeats the activities that work.
